About us

Björkviks Care Home is located about 4 kilometers outside of Höör. Björkvik has 28 places divided between short-term accommodation and housing with special services. We welcome adult women and men with comorbidity in the form of dependency issues combined with neuropsychiatric disabilities, often also including mental health problems. The care home is housed in several buildings where we can provide our clients with an environment tailored to their specific issues.

Björkviks Care Home is in an exciting phase of development where we continue to increase structure and quality in our efforts. As a temporary Assistant Operations Manager, you will play an important role in this improvement process.

About the position

As a temporary Assistant Operations Manager, you have significant influence over the content of the operations and your own work situation. To create and maintain good quality, a close and coaching leadership is required. In addition to the content of the operations, you are also responsible for staffing with schedule oversight and administration of schedule changes, work environment, inquiries, and admissions, as well as other matters related to daily operations. To help you achieve the goals of the operations, you have an Operations Manager, team leaders, nurses, and an engaged staff group. You also have various support functions such as HR, marketing, quality and methods, finance, payroll, property, IT, and specialists in health and medical care.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with leadership experience, preferably with a focus on comorbidity. You are action-oriented, results-driven, and have good self-awareness. With your communication skills, you easily build relationships and create engagement through a present and clear leadership style. You have experience in staffing and good administrative skills. We will place great importance on your personal qualities.

You are required to have:

  • Relevant higher education (social worker, behavioral scientist, or equivalent)

  • Experience in leadership

  • Experience in staffing and schedule changes

  • Driving license (B)
